Responsibilities
- Lead a team of web developers and designers to ensure the website is developed and maintained to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify website development initiatives that support business goals and objectives.
- Manage website development projects from scoping to deployment, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop project plans and timelines, and monitor progress against them.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, and review code to ensure that it meets quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Web Development Manager to develop and maintain website development standards and processes.
- Stay current with web development trends and technologies, and recommend new tools and techniques to improve website functionality and user experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and contractors to support website development initiatives

- Business acumen, with the ability to align website development initiatives with business goals and objectives.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Continuous learning mindset, with a commitment to staying current with web development trends and technologies.
Skills And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in web development, with experience leading a team.
- Strong technical knowledge of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development frameworks.
- Project management skills and experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
